Visit Park City

Park City, Utah is consistently voted America’s Favorite Mountain Town in reader’s choice surveys ranging from Conde Nast Traveler to Men’s Health.  In 2016, Travel & Leisure Magazine named Park City “America’s Favorite Town” (#1) and Outside Magazine heralded Park City as, simply, the “Best Town Ever.”

Located 30 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport, Park City is the most recent U.S. city to host an Olympic Games (Winter, 2002), and is home to two ski mountains – Deer Valley Resort (rated #1 in North America, 2018 Ski Magazine); and Park City Mountain Resort – the largest lift- accessed ski terrain in the USA.  In between the two resorts is an historic Main Street which has 47 buildings on the National Historic Register dating to the town’s founding as a silver-mining village in 1870.  Today those buildings house unique restaurants and art galleries and is recognized as the preeminent artists colony of the Rocky Mountains.  In addition to its recreational offerings, Park City is sought after for its luxury accommodations, dining and spa scene.

Park City is the summer home of the Utah Symphony Orchestra and offers more than 400 miles of hiking and biking trails – a system that earned the town the IMBA (International Mountain Bike Association) Gold Level Ride Center moniker.  The town also is proximate to nearly a dozen golf courses and three blue-ribbon fly fishing rivers.  Each January, Park City is the host of the Sundance Film Festival, the world’s premiere celebration of independent cinema.
