Cha McCoy is the creator and founder of CHA Squared Consulting LLC,  a hospitality and tourism management company, and the co-founder of the blog, The Culture Bazaar.com. In 2012, she achieved her MBA in Rome, Italy; an opportunity which lead her to visit over 25 countries to date. During her time as an expat, she has developed relationships within the wine industry which lead to experiences in the following wine countries: Italy, France, USA (California & NY), Chile, Argentina, South Africa, and Hungary.  She is a certified wine professional, a public speaker,  and event curator/host for the  travel, food and wine industries. She pushes the agenda of inclusiveness in hospitality and  has established a track record of supporting and building with Small Business Owners.  Her personal mission is to develop experiences that challenge people to re-imagine how gastronomy, travel and hospitality can redefine luxury, invigorate mindful lifestyles and empower communities.
